Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support a world-class studio experience and uphold high health and safety standards. You will assist the Studio Manager with memberships, retail, and programming, while managing front desk duties and community engagement.

Responsibilities include teaching a minimum of six classes weekly (if certified), coordinating health and safety protocol, and mentoring new team members within a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and professionalism are required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of CorePower Yoga values at all times.
• Support Studio Manager to achieve membership growth, retail sales, outreach, recruitment, and programming enrollment.
• Commit to a flexible schedule of 18–29 hours per week in studio (teaching if certified).
• Respond to studio needs when Studio Manager is not present (up to 20 hours per week).
• Maintain studio supplies, cleanliness, towels, and amenities for students.
• Greet students, foster community, and support front desk duties.
• Coordinate and execute health, safety, and cleanliness protocols.
• Lead Orientation for new Studio Experience Team members.
