Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in information management with datasets or content management systems.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to synthesize data across ecosystems to inform decisions.
• Solid understanding of workflows and ability to spot failures.
• General understanding of the pitch-to-play lifecycle of content.
• Knowledge of data lifecycle and data governance concepts.
• Excellent time management and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adaptive in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience with Google Suite and table-based apps (Excel, Airtable).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience collaborating with product, design and user-support teams.
• Experience in entertainment studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term and long-term thinking for bargain information needs across the studio, covering data quality and training.
• Set quarterly objectives and lead execution of data-driven initiatives.
• Serve as the primary data content-informed authority across the studio, engaging with product management, engineers and partners on data matters.
• Work with product management, DSE and other stakeholders to define, build, analyze and report metrics for data quality insights.
• Independently define and implement processes to scale data quality work efficiently.
• Lead data quality activities to support product development and improve core data quality with detailed plans, timelines and risks.
• Manage stakeholder requests and drive stakeholder alignment when needed.
• Act as a resource for responding to data-related support requests from users.
• Collaborate with business teams to streamline processes, promote best data practices and create educational documentation.
