Job summary

Meyer Corporation seeks a Creative Manager - Studio Art Direction to lead our in-house studio, translating brand vision into photo and video content across channels. You’ll direct shoots, manage the studio team, and ensure output meets brand standards.

You will partner with Creative Director and other stakeholders, develop concepts, and supervise post-production to deliver channel-ready assets for DTC, social, and marketplace.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of creative experience with at least 2 years in an art direction or creative lead role overseeing photo and/or video production.
• Strong portfolio showing range across product photography, lifestyle content, and video with clear evidence of art direction.
• Deep understanding of content function across DTC, social, marketplace, and retail with channel-specific requirements.
• Proven ability to translate brand vision into on-set direction for photographers, videographers, and stylists.
• Experience leading a studio or content team and managing a mix of creative and production roles.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold the studio's creative direction across product photography, lifestyle content, video, and social formats for Meyer's brand portfolio.
• Develop shot concepts, visual treatments, and content frameworks for each production.
• Establish visual standards for studio photography and video, including lighting, styling, color, and composition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive content across shelf, screen, and social touchpoints.
• Direct all studio and offsite shoots with concrete direction; review selects and rough cuts with actionable feedback.
