Job summary

Studio Volare is seeking a friendly Studio Coordinator to help maintain the studio and deliver exceptional client experiences. This part-time, hourly role represents the Studio Volare brand and culture while supporting daily operations and member services.

You’ll work with a tight-knit team to greet clients, manage class scheduling, memberships, and promotions, and keep the studio clean and welcoming. A positive attitude, initiative, and basic sales awareness are valued in this fitness-focused

Qualifications

• This is a part-time hourly position.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio.
• Flexible schedule with at least 3 days per week and weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Regularly interacting with clients to assess needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintaining knowledge of studio retail operations, including memberships and promotions.
• Setting up new accounts, scheduling or rebooking classes, and managing purchases.
• Working as part of a team to keep the studio clean while delivering a superior client experience.
• Addressing maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients.
• Identifying prospects and alerting instructors about milestones or targeted clients.

Studio Volare is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual to join our Studio Coordinator team. As a Studio Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the studio and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Studio Coordinators are the backbone of our studio experience, representing the Studio Volare brand and culture. This is a part-time position.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Regularly interacting with clients and obtaining, assessing, and addressing information on client needs, expectations, and levels of satisfaction; and responding to client requests and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintaining knowledge for all studio retail operations, including memberships, class packages, beverages/towels, and promotions.
• Performing routine client-facing system tasks, including new account set-up, scheduling / cancelling / rebooking classes, membership and package purchases, and other general account needs as requested.
• Work as a cohesive team in daily operations, including keeping the studio meticulously clean while providing a superior experience to our clients, and other tasks or projects as needed.
• Quickly addressing any maintenance or equipment issues that are visible to clients.
• Identify prospects and alert instructors about client milestones and other targeted clients.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.

Qualifications

• This is a part-time hourly position.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, with at least 3 days of availability per week. All employees are expected to be able to work peak holiday shifts. An ideal candidate for this role will have weekend and early afternoon to evening availability.
