Job description
Overview

WeightWatchers is a global digital health company. We are the #1 doctor-recommended – and most clinically studied – behavioral weight health program in the world. For sixty years, WeightWatchers has helped millions build healthy habits and live happier, healthier lives. As the science of weight health rapidly evolves, WeightWatchers is developing new clinical pathways for medication access, creating behavioral programs for chronic health conditions, integrating third-party services, and enhancing product personalization. WeightWatchers has embraced technology, with our mobile app now the primary tool for most members. We are also designing new in-person experiences to complement digital touchpoints, expanding opportunities for impact.

Who we are

Our Field Team is comprised of Coaches and Guides who establish connections with members and create inclusive in-person communities at our Studio locations. They inspire our members to develop healthy habits by teaching them how to eat healthier while still enjoying their favorite foods, move more, sleep better, and shift their mindset, all while fostering a sense of community and belonging. Each week, our Coaches and Guides help members achieve their wellness goals and make positive lifestyle changes.

What you will do

While having a ton of fun, you’ll be responsible for: member engagement, member retention, new member recruitment, and product sales - all while working flexible hours!

Here’s a quick snapshot of what you can expect:

  • Deliver an exceptional workshop experience by engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum to support their journey.
  • Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek opportunities to build on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and create brand awareness, representing WW at internal and external community events.
  • Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building with members and providing them the support, tools or products they need to be successful.
  • Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported — respond to members’ posts with purpose, encouraging reflection, learning, problem-solving and action planning, welcoming new members.

Who you are

Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

  • Social media savvy or content creator
  • Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one
  • Excellent at active listening to provide members with assistance
  • Experienced at facilitating a group (preferred)
  • Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory
  • Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
