Who We Are

The Field Team is made up of Coaches and Guides who connect with members, create inclusive in‑person communities at our Studio locations, and inspire healthy lifestyle changes. Weekly, our Coaches help members reach wellness goals by teaching balanced nutrition, movement, sleep, and mindset practices while fostering belonging and community.

What You Will Do

As a Studio Coach, you will focus on member engagement, retention, new member recruitment, and product sales while working flexible hours.

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience and engage members with the weekly behavior‑change curriculum.
• Build strong community connections on social platforms, pursue on‑brand partnerships, attract new members, and represent WW at community events.
• Drive member recruitment and retention by building relationships, providing support, tools, and products to help members succeed.
• Provide behavior‑change coaching, respond to member posts with purpose, encourage reflection, learning, problem‑solving, and new member integration.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.

U.S. Pay Range: $18 - $21 USD per hour.
