Job summary

SweatHouz in Boca Raton is seeking a Studio Cleaner to uphold a spotless, welcoming infrared sauna studio. You will clean front desk areas, sauna suites, restrooms, and restock towels and supplies to ensure a superior guest experience.

You’ll work independently and as part of a friendly team, with flexible weekend/evening shifts. Training is provided and there are opportunities for growth within the SweatHouz network.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and maintain standards.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a spotless, organized studio environment including front desk, lobby, sauna suites, and back-of-house
• Perform suite turnover after each guest session: sanitize saunas, showers, and surfaces
• Handle laundry including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels and cold compresses
• Clean and restock all restrooms and guest amenities throughout the day
• Assist with inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate restock needs
• Work efficiently and independently, completing tasks with minimal supervision
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards and protocols
