Job summary

National Water Services, LLC. is seeking a Field Technician to clean and collect data on our water dispensing equipment located in a local health food store in Studio City, CA. The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and strong communication with store staff.

Responsibilities include field visits, customer support, reporting by email, and liaising with Tech Support for anomalies. Flexible daytime/evenings/weekends with a very part-time schedule (about 1 hour weekly per store).

Qualifications

• Self-starter, able to work independently and responsibly.
• Detail oriented with good time management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Clean, provide technical service and customer support during field visits.
• Build positive relationships with customers and store management.
• Provide completed reports after each visit via email.
• Call Tech Support immediately regarding leaks or readings outside of the normal range.
• Periodically take photos of equipment; replace signage; report inventory.
