Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe CJA to drive customer insights and improve marketing performance.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on data analytics experience, familiarity with SQL, Python, and BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, and the ability to lead projects while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness to travel as needed.

Your Key Responsibilities

As an Experience Senior, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Adobe CJA solutions, ensuring that client objectives are met and exceeded. You will:

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies.
