Christ's Church of the Valley is seeking a Students Pastor to lead Junior and Senior High programs, recruit and train volunteers, and grow youth involvement across campus and events. You will provide pastoral care and collaborate with parents and staff to fulfill CCV's mission.

The role requires experience in youth ministry, a related degree preferred, and a heart to develop coaches and volunteers while driving attendance and baptisms within a vibrant church community.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years experience leading a ministry of youth and volunteers.
• Degree in Youth Ministry preferred, however training or proven experience in the field will be considered.
• Athletic team experience is helpful.
• Software and technology skills is a bonus.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions

• Execute Junior and Senior High events and programs
• Cast the overall CCV & Students Ministry vision with parents and volunteers
• Provide pastoral care for families and coaches
• Recruit, train, and retain volunteers for all weekend areas and events
• Develop and maintain school campus involvement
• Following up withfirst timestudents
• Collect and report accurate weekly attendance according to established standards and deadlines
• Work with the team to plan and execute various church-wide events. These may include, but are not limited to:
• Kick off events
• Easter
• Christmas Eve
