Job summary

Christ's Church of the Valley in Peoria, AZ is seeking a dynamic Youth Ministry leader to execute Junior and Senior High events and programs, cast a clear vision with families and volunteers, and provide pastoral care.

You'll recruit and train volunteers, engage students on campus, follow up with first-time attendees, and help plan church-wide events like Kick Off, Easter, and Christmas Eve.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience leading a ministry of youth and volunteers.
• Degree in Youth Ministry preferred, however training or proven experience in the field will be considered.

• Provide pastoral care for families and coaches
• Recruit, train, and retain volunteers for all weekend areas and events

• Work with the team to plan and execute various church-wide events. These may include, but are not limited to:

Education and Experience

• 2 years minimum experience leading a ministry of youth and volunteers
• Degree in Youth Ministry preferred, however training or proven experience in the field will be considered
