Job summary

Christ's Church of the Valley is seeking a facilities/operations team member to manage campus entry, security, and general operations across CCV venues. You will coordinate doors, restrooms, and event setups, ensuring proper room configurations and temperature control in collaboration with event leaders.

Responsibilities

• Campus Entry/Security: Ensure doors and access points are properly managed for events and services.
• General Campus Operations: Maintain cleanliness and facilities across campus and fields; mail delivery and maintenance tasks.
• Facility/Event Schedule: Set up rooms for events including tables, chairs, and ministry needs.
• Room Management: Inspect spaces and coordinate with event leaders for requirements and temperature/access.
• Customer Service: Provide a service-oriented approach to staff, volunteers, and attendees.

Essential Job Functions

• Campus Entry/Security: Maintaining the use of the campus ensuring the proper doors and access points are open and closed for and after scheduled events, including restrooms.
• General Campus Operations: Maintain trashcans, sidewalks/sitting areas, restrooms and eating areas throughout the campus and sports fields. Pressure washing and mail delivery.
• Facility/Event Schedule: Using the facility schedule, adequately execute room set ups for events including tables and chair configurations, table skirting, and specific ministry needs.
• Room Management: Inspecting rooms and buildings prior to events and connecting with the event leader prior to the event to make sure all needs are met including temperature settings, doors and access, room configurations, and last minute needs and details.
• Customer Service: Incorporate with all staff and volunteers a customer service-oriented approach when dealing with church staff, volunteers, participants of CCV.
