The Student Worker, Quotations assists the Quotations team by monitoring assigned Outlook inboxes, entering quote requests into the system, sending the requests to the analysts and/or customers as well as assisting with various projects. This position requires excellent customer service as well as dependability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Outlook inboxes.
• Enter quote requests into IQS and Mainframe.
• Determine whether the quote can be sent to the customer or if it requires analyst review and take appropriate action.
• Communicate with team members and customers.
• Handle quote bookings.
• Create and send bills of lading.
