• Create programs for the music department, have them printed, and pick them up (as needed).
• Assist with Concert Attendance and on campus fairs at Music Department table.
• Other duties as reasonably assigned (likely misc. clerical).

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills and ability to file.
• Ideally: Has experience in an office environment.
• Has general knowledge of Theatre and/or Music practices.

Approximate number of work hours per week: 2-5 or more depending on work load.
