Position Summary:
The D11 Student Worker is a paid student employee who supports students, staff, schools, and programs throughout District 11. This position is designed for students who are not participating through a Career & Technical Education (CTE) program. The D11 Student Worker position provides students with the opportunity to gain and apply workplace skills while building real-world work experience. Through their employment, students develop technical and employability skills while contributing to their school and district community. Student Workers may be assigned to a school, classroom, district department, or program based on district needs and the student’s interests and skills.
Working Conditions:
Assignments may occur in school, office, outdoor, or event settings and may include varied schedules.
