Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking an entry-level administrative assistant to support routine tasks across filing, data entry, and basic research activities in a laboratory and office setting.

You will perform light typing, document handling, and assist with calendar and meeting preparations under supervision. This role emphasizes organization, customer service, and teamwork as you collaborate with research staff, participate in lab meetings, and help maintain orderly files.
