Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University is seeking a candidate to help manage learning lab materials, set up supplies for lab activities, and assist with equipment maintenance in both simulation and clinical skills labs.

The ideal applicant will be enrolled in the OHSU Undergraduate Program with at least 6 credit hours and will preferably be entering the junior year by September 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in the OHSU Undergraduate Program with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Entering junior year by September 2026 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize stock of learning lab materials and assist in lab activities.
• Aid in ongoing equipment maintenance for simulations and skills labs.
• Contribute to various projects that facilitate learning activities.

Job description

Function/Duties of Position

Organize the appropriate stock of learning lab materials. Help set up and put away the supplies for lab activities for faculty and student use of the learning lab. Help with simulation and skills lab ongoing equipment maintenance. Help with other projects that facilitate learning activities in the Simulation or Clinical Skills Lab.

Required Qualifications

• OHSU Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)

• Entering junior year in Sep 2026

Additional Details

• Position requires the ability to walk around campus daily, often moving furniture, equipment, and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
