Job summary

Saint Leo University seeks a Health and Wellness Case Manager to provide nonclinical case management, care coordination, and wellness navigation for students. You will connect students with on-campus and community resources, respond to concerns, and support families and staff under FERPA guidelines.

The role includes developing prevention programs, assisting with health processes, and collecting data for assessment and reporting in alignment with Benedictine values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 1–3 years of progressive experience in higher education or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn institutional systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide nonclinical case management and referrals.
• Coordinate access to healthcare resources and navigation for students.
• Support FERPA-compliant communication with families and students.
• Develop wellness education, prevention initiatives, and outreach programs.
• Maintain comprehensive notes in the Advocate CARE system.
