CHADS Coalition for Mental Health is seeking a part-time Student Wellbeing Mentor to support elementary and middle school students during the school day, building confidence, resilience, and social-emotional skills.
You will mentor individually and in small groups, coordinate with teachers and families, and document progress while upholding CHADS standards. Salary is $21–$23 per hour.

As a Student Wellbeing Mentor, you'll work directly with elementary and middle school students, helping them build confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, healthy relationships, problem-solving, and other social-emotional skills needed to thrive both inside and outside the classroom. This is a part-time, school-based position during the academic year. Mentoring sessions take place during the school day, generally between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Mentors work up to 32 hours per week and must be available for at least 15 hours per week.
Starting Salary: $21 - $23 per hour
