Job summary

Eden Prairie Public Schools seeks a Van Driver to safely transport students to and from school and related programs. The role uses district vans and covers routes within Eden Prairie and the Twin Cities metro, including students with special needs who require patience and consistent support.

The position follows a split shift from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 1:45 PM to 4:45 PM, 178 working days per year, with a minimum 3.5 hours per day; a CDL is not required, and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid MN driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Pass pre-employment 5‑panel drug screening.
• Ability to obtain required district certifications.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students using district vehicles.
• Follow morning and afternoon routes with split-shift schedule.
