Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking School Van Drivers to transport students safely to and from our El Dorado Hills campus and surrounding areas in Elk Grove and Roseville. The role offers split shifts (early morning and afternoon) with Monday–Friday scheduling.

You will operate vehicles, supervise students, complete logs, and assist with errands while ensuring safety and order during every trip.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• DOJ/FBILiveScan background check, TB clearance, 5-panel drug screening, and DOT Physical required.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely, adhering to all driving laws and safety protocols.
• Supervise students during transportation to and from school to ensure safety and security.
• Complete daily logs, including van attendance, behavioral logs, 1:1 logs, and fuel purchases.
• Follow safety procedures for loading/unloading students and secure wheelchairs or scooters as needed.
• Run program errands, including package deliveries, late runs, and transporting students to workability events or other appointments.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness and functionality; report maintenance issues.
