Job summary

Crystal Springs Inc. is seeking a full-time Transportation Aide to help transport students to medical appointments and to provide personal care and instructional support as needed.

The position offers a wage of $17.50-$19.00 per hour, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision, 403(b), FSA and more. Schedule is typically 7:30am–4:30pm with occasional flexibility for earlier/later appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation for students.
• Coordinate communication between nursing staff and medical professionals.
• Offer personal care and instructional support to students unable to attend class due to illness.
• Contribute to the cleanliness of the vans and assist in classroom activities as needed.
