Job summary

Rival is seeking a Driver to provide safe, efficient transportation for students, ensuring on-time arrivals and proper vehicle upkeep. You will plan routes based on road conditions and coordinate trips from the facility.

The role requires maintaining clean vehicles, adhering to safety standards, and protecting student health and confidentiality. You will work with the fleet coordinator on logs and schedules, and may serve as Community Advocate as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• AZDPS Fingerprint Clearance card required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• CPI and ESR certifications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Tuberculosis test from a health professional.

Responsibilities

• Drive students to appointments, ensuring safety and timeliness.
• Coordinate daily trips leaving the facility.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and repairs on vehicles.
• Keep vehicles clean and presentable.
• Ensure passenger safety and use safety belts.
• Adhere to AZDOT regulations and agency policies.
• Maintain vehicle logs with fleet coordinator.
• Attend trainings and workshops as requested by supervisor.
• May serve as Community Advocate as requested by leadership.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
