Job summary

You will monitor security, manage fleet needs, track mileage, dispatch vehicles, and keep detailed records. A CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements is required within 90 days, plus DOT/CDL medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to work-based learning sites, colleges, airports, and other activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service to students and staff during transportation.
• Conduct regular security patrols of buildings and property and report issues.
• Track mileage and maintain detailed logs for each trip.
• Dispatch vehicles based on routes and schedules and coordinate with drivers.
• Perform routine fleet inspections and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.
