Job summary

Adams and Associates in Sacramento, CA is seeking a reliable Transportation & Facilities Technician responsible for safe student transport, preventive maintenance of Center facilities and grounds, and timely service delivery. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid California driver's license, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds; experience with youth is a plus.

You will document work, coordinate with supervisors, and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires valid in-state Driver's License and ability to meet insurability requirements.
• Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and inspections of Center facilities and systems to ensure functionality.
• Completes, tracks and documents work status and notifies supervisor of issues.
• Provides students with timely transportation services as required.
• Maintains vehicle documentation per DOL/Company requirements.
• Schedules and delivers vehicles for preventive maintenance and repairs as necessary.
• Conducts vehicle inspections and reports safety issues to supervisor.
• Plans, prioritizes and organizes assignments to meet goals and deadlines.
• Mentors and supports staff in accordance with Career Success Standards.
