Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience at the reception area and assist actions impacting guest satisfaction.
• Develop craft through a training plan with the Salon Leader.
• Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations for select guests.
• Observe and learn by watching Salon Professionals and asking questions.
• Build a strong clientele through product knowledge and consultation skills.
