About DHDC: Detroit Hispanic Development Corporation (DHDC) is a community-based nonprofit rooted in the rich culture of Southwest Detroit. DHDC creates individual and community change through culturally responsive programs that support youth, adults, and families in education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, housing and financial counseling, youth development, violence prevention, and community advocacy. This position supports DHDC's adult education services and is funded through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), which helps eligible adults strengthen foundational skills, continue their education, and prepare for employment and career success.

Continued employment and total scheduled hours are contingent upon the availability of grant funding.
