Job summary

Salón Večná kráska is seeking a paraprofessional to support students with educational, social, and emotional goals within the school day. You will assist teachers with direct instruction and classroom support to help students succeed.

This position is for the 24/25 school year. Responsibilities include behavior support, daily living assistance as needed, data collection, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background checks and CPR/First Aid certifications may be required by local/state rules.
• Ability to use technology and adaptive devices to support students' learning.
• Willingness to travel to school location as needed.
• Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with implementing school-wide and class-wide positive behavior initiatives.
• Support students in achieving academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Help students complete assigned work and stay on task.
• Support students during transitions between activities and locations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.
