Basehor-Linwood USD 458 is seeking a Structured Learning Paraeducator for an immediate 2026-2027 school year position at Gray Hawk Elementary. The role involves assisting a teacher with implementing plans and supporting students with mental, physical, academic, behavioral or emotional challenges.

You will work with students individually or in small groups, with potential for lifting/personal care assistance. 6.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting students with mental, physical, academic, behavioral or emotional learning challenges.
• Ability to work under direct supervision of a teacher.
• Experience working with students individually or in small groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher in implementing lesson plans and programs.
• Work with students 1:1 or in small groups to support learning goals.
