Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with children and 2–3 years of customer service experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Explains and enforces adherence to in-school suspension policies.
• Assists students to complete assigned work during IS suspension.
• Counsels students on the impact of their actions.
• Obtains student assignments, textbooks and materials.
• Maintains attendance and records completion status for suspended students.
• Submits completed work to teachers and coordinates with staff.
• Convenes with school personnel on student progress.
