Qualifications

• Holds an associate degree or higher, OR 48 college hours, OR passes ETS Para-Pro Assessment.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of common software.
• Ability to work with small groups to reinforce skills and provide feedback.
• Must be a positive role model for young children.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and establish routines.
• Work under the direction of a certified teacher and complete assigned duties.
