Job summary

Rutherford County Schools seeks an Educational Assistant to support classroom instruction under the supervision of a certified teacher. The role involves working with small groups to reinforce skills and provide constructive feedback.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or 48 college hours or have passed the ETS Para-Pro Assessment, plus solid computer skills and the ability to follow written and oral directions. Excellent attendance and team-oriented work habits are essential.
