Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s Degree or 48 credits beyond high school or onsite assessment in lieu of college credits.
• Experience working cross‑culturally and commitment to cultural competence.
• Department of Public Instruction Certification to work with disabled children.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support and reinforcement to students across school, community and vocational settings.
• Implement curriculum and behavioral intervention strategies under direction of a teacher.
• Assist with data collection and documentation of student progress.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and field trips.
• Maintain records and prepare instructional materials as directed by a teacher.
