Qualifikationen

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
• Bilingual candidates may be considered for schools with language needs.
• Experience working with students, preferably high school-age.
• Team player with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Hard-working, urgent, and energetic.

Aufgaben

• Relieves teachers of school activities which do not require teaching or other professional skills.
• Relieves in yard, hall, lavatory, study hall and monitorial duties.
• Handles, stores, and distributes textbooks and supplies.
• Assists with clerical work of a routine nature.
• Maintains order in lunchroom and facilitates lunch service.
• Assists in school clerical work of a routine nature.
• Checks reports, notes, library lists, etc.
• Manages arrival/departure of bus students.
• Receives children in lunchroom and directs washing and lining up for lunch.
• Oversees lunch service and disposal of dishes and refuse.
• Supervises and leads children in daily activities including entry, dismissal, lunch and drills.
