Job summary

Webster Central School District is seeking a Building Aide at Schroeder High School to support students, staff and library operations. This position requires duties in library support, student supervision, and basic clerical tasks, starting October 5, 2026.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, the ability to work with diverse students, teachers and families, and the stamina to perform physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and work well with students, teachers, parents and staff.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to physically perform the duties of the position.
• Provide copying and laminating services and basic clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Library support under the library media specialist, including signing out materials and shelving.
• Provide student support and supervision in study halls, corridors, and cafeterias.
• Perform clerical duties such as copying, mailing and bulletin board preparation.
• Attend building and district meetings and participate in required trainings.
