Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Checks with the teacher for instructions and works with small groups or individuals.
• Helps students with remedial and enrichment activities; reinforces material.
• Maintains a positive learning environment and supports classroom management.
• Provides help when students need assistance and maintains confidentiality.
• Collaborates with staff, students, and parents; builds positive student relationships.
• Assists with additional responsibilities as assigned by administration.
• Promotes a favorable image of the school district.
• Adheres to district policies and student conduct rules.
