Job summary

Sodexo Group in Hawaii is seeking a Student Supervisor to lead student employees in food operations at client sites under the supervision of on-site management.

The role offers part-time rotation shifts with flexible hours. Candidates must be current students at the partnering school, with prior work experience preferred. Pay is $18.50/hour with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student at the school of the work location that Sodexo is partnering with.
• Some previous work experience preferred.
• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Assign responsibilities for specific work or functional activities as directed by on-site management
• Perform day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
• Assist in orientation and training of student employees.
• Oversee student uniforms, timecards, work schedules and staffing
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
