Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Talent Search Tutor to implement and supervise activities within a defined area, ensuring licensing compliance and delivering academic tutoring in rigorous secondary school courses to program participants.

The role requires documenting all contacts, maintaining tutoring logs, and communicating with Project Advisors. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and professionalism are essential to support student success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of college Sophomore classification; higher classification preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate a 3.0 grade point average or higher in subject area of competency (math, science, English, composition, foreign language, etc.)
• Ability to effectively tutor students and track academic progress as indicated on their Individual Academic Plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic tutoring in Rigorous Secondary School Courses to assigned Project Participants.
• Document all contacts with Project Participants Tutoring Logs and submit to Project Advisors.
• Adhere to agency and project policies and procedures; follow licensing requirements.
