The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a background in education, counseling, social work, or psychology, plus relevant postsecondary experience, with a focus on student success and inclusive support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (preferably in Education, Counseling, Social work, or Psychology).
• Two (2) year's work experience.
• Minimum one (1) year working with students in a postsecondary setting.

• Support students with academic planning, goal setting, and problem-solving.
• Navigate educational resources and provide guidance to promote academic success and retention.
• Build positive relationships with students and provide mentoring and support.
