Jobs for America's Graduates - Kansas (JAG-K) is seeking a dedicated Success Academy Specialist for Southwest Kansas. This full-time role focuses on student success, helping middle and high school students overcome barriers and prepare for secondary education, training, military, and career pathways.

You will recruit, educate, and mentor students, build positive relationships using JAG strategies, and deliver student-centered programs with trauma-informed, project-based learning to guide

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and educate students who struggle with graduation.
• Help students transition to college, military, or career pathways using the JAG model.
• Deliver value-added instruction, support, and advocacy with follow-up services.
