Job summary

Alpha reimagines schooling with AI-powered learning, focusing on coaching character and real-world skills. You will lead Guides, design life-skills workshops, and coach teams to help students become confident, resilient leaders who excel beyond the classroom.

As a Program Director on campus, you’ll drive performance, oversee cohorts, and model the high standards that shape outcomes. Relocation support is provided for multiple TX/OK campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or a related field.
• Experience leading an ongoing team of five or more adults with hiring/termination authority.
• Sustained responsibility for learning, behavior, motivation, or growth of children 5-14 in an educational setting.
• Track record of building or growing a program, team, school, or initiative from the ground up.
• Proven ability to use performance metrics and data to diagnose problems, prioritize actions, and deliver measurable results.
• Willingness to work in a school that deliberately rejects traditional pedagogy.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build a coaching culture where Guides develop students who love school and master academics.
• Lead life skills workshops for K-8 students using proven playbooks.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions to help students own ambitious goals and achieve them.
• Maintain your own student cohort while modeling coaching excellence and accountability.
