Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Center Director to provide overall management of assigned functions and ensure students achieve educational and industry-recognized training leading to employment or further training.

The role includes supervising Student Services, Wellness Services, and all related activities, ensuring a safe, compliant center environment. The position requires a Bachelor's degree (in-state teaching certificate preferred) with prior teaching or Job Corps experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid in-state teaching certificate preferred.
• Previous teaching or Job Corps experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management to assigned functions and ensure student progress and completion of the Job Corps program.
• Supervise and manage the Student Services and Department; serve as the Lead Adams and Associates, Inc. Director at the site of operation.
• Ensure Wellness Services are provided as prescribed in the PRH and maintain a safe center environment for students.
• Follows integrity guidelines, ensures staff are treated equitably, and manages resources to maximize center performance.
• Mentor staff, develop career progression, and address performance concerns to support a positive work environment.
