Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in Psychology, Counseling, Education or related fields.
• Minimum of one year of college-level teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach and develop courses following higher education standards.
• Create syllabi for courses and submit to department chair.
• Use diverse teaching methods and materials to meet student objectives.
• Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records and submit reports on time.
• Teach at various times and locations in response to institutional needs.
• Demonstrate effective use of technology in the classroom.
• Provide academic advising and engage with students and the community.
• Participate in professional development and college service activities.
• Support accreditation standards and articulation with other institutions.
