City Year is seeking a Student Success Coach and Mentor to serve in a partner public school in Kansas City, MO. You will provide daily academic and social-emotional support to students, delivering tutoring, leading small groups, and helping create an engaging classroom environment.

You will work on a diverse AmeriCorps team, receive coaching and training, and model leadership, equity, and inclusion to help students build skills and confidence to succeed in school and beyond.
