Job summary

City Year is seeking a Student Success Coach and Mentor to serve in public schools, supporting students’ academic and social-emotional growth. You’ll provide in-class support, small-group and one-on-one tutoring, and mentoring that builds students’ confidence and skills.

You’ll collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and help lead after-school and enrichment activities as part of an AmeriCorps team focused on social justice, leadership development, and personal growth.
