We are seeking a Student Success Coordinator - Re-Entry Advisor with excellent customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role involves outreach, re-enrolling, and advising students who previously dropped out, working closely with the Financial Aid and Academic departments to identify and resolve re-entry obstacles following university guidelines.

Experience
  • Knowledge of online distance education models and success strategies
  • Customer service strategies and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in post-secondary education preferred
  • Post-secondary admissions or re-entry advising experience preferred
Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Desire to help others achieve goals
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written, telephone)
  • Quick learner of computer applications

Preferred experience includes familiarity with student success and retention strategies, 1-2 years of sales experience (telephone appointment setting, interviewing, follow-up), and experience in post-secondary education.
