What You'll Do

As a Student Success Coach at Veritas Prep High School, you will collaborate with Student Success Managers, the leadership team, teachers, counselors, and staff to foster a student-centered school culture that promotes academic excellence and helps students develop strong success habits both in and out of the classroom.

Additionally, you will:

• Support a joyful, structured, achievement-oriented school culture aligned with Veritas Prep's vision, ensuring consistent routines, rituals, and procedures
• Monitor hallways during academic instruction and track student hallway data
• Meet regularly with the Culture Team to analyze student data and strategize success plans
• Support the implementation of culture events and celebrations
• Represent the Culture Team at Grade Team Meetings
• Monitor student behavior data to inform coaching meetings
• Facilitate student breaks as per IEPs and 504 plans
• Respond to unsafe classroom situations
• Monitor study hall and weight room during independent times

Requirements

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

• A strong belief that all students can achieve great things
• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred
• Current work authorization in the U.S.
• Fluency in Spanish (preferred)
• Experience supporting school culture initiatives
• Experience analyzing student behavior data and implementing interventions
• Effective communication skills with teachers, staff, students, families, and stakeholders
