Job summary

Alpha School is hiring a Student Success Coach to lead high-energy life skills workshops for K‑8 students on-site at Alpha campuses across the US. You’ll coach students, foster confidence, and use Coachbot analytics to track progress and celebrate weekly wins.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of direct K‑8 teaching, coaching, or mentoring. You must be authorized to work in the United States. This full-time role includes day-one benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of direct K-8 teaching, coaching, mentoring, or related experience.
• Ability to describe a specific example of motivating a student to achieve a difficult goal.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, life skills workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics and motivation systems.
• Assess life skill mastery and coach until genuine competence is achieved.
• Adapt coaching for different ages from kindergarten to eighth grade.
• Analyze weekly student performance data to improve outcomes for the cohort.
