Job summary

Teachwell Solutions in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Student Success Coach for its Prosper Program to support students with special needs through one-on-one and small group coaching, leveraging ABA strategies to boost academic performance and behavior.

The role involves collaboration with teachers and BCBAs, creating and implementing learning plans, monitoring progress, and helping students develop social skills and self-advocacy in a school calendar environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Experience working with students with special needs, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

This job follows a traditional school calendar with summers and school holidays off.
