Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; two years of related work experience in recruitment, enrollment, or retention in education preferred.
• Knowledge of higher education student programs and services, including admissions and registration procedures and technology used by IRSC (Atrium).
• Knowledge of international students and their issues; knowledge of financial aid and scholarships in athletics and performing arts.
• Knowledge of NJCAA eligibility requirements; strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer activity within the Student Success Center at IRSC campuses.
• Oversee front desk operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Identify customer needs and direct them accordingly.
• Provide information on programs, admissions, curricula, and academic standards.
